The power of apple cider vinegar

Hi Friends! Happy Monday!

Happy October!
A new month means time for a fresh start. Reflect on your September, what went well, and what could be improved. Then, build on those goals! Taking some time to plan will help you accomplish more and get closer to achieving your goals.
QUOTE OF THE DAY -

C’est La Vie is the perfect quote for finally releasing the pressure that the idea of perfection places on our lives. Nothing is ever perfect and that’s okay, that’s life.
I have been learning recently how to handle the unknown and be okay with uncertainty in life. While abroad, nothing ever goes as planned, as it rarely does in any situation. The pictures we see on social media are never the full story. Instagram is only a highlight reel displaying only a small piece of the whole story. The pictures I saw of people traveling before I left made it seem so easy and carefree. However, traveling can be very stressful and has shown me the importance of living a flexible lifestyle. We can’t change certain things, so there is no point in stressing over it. Whatever happens, you will deal with it when the situation presents itself.
Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a natural remedy that has been used for many years for its potential health benefits. Here are some benefits associated with apple cider vinegar:
Weight Management: ACV may help with weight management by increasing feelings of fullness, reducing calorie intake, and potentially influencing metabolism. Taking ACV before meals can lead to lower calorie consumption.
Blood Sugar Control: ACV may have a positive impact on blood sugar levels. It may improve insulin sensitivity and reduce blood sugar spikes after meals, which can be beneficial for individuals with diabetes or those at risk of developing the condition.
Digestive Health: ACV can be used as a digestive aid. It may help alleviate symptoms like indigestion, bloating, and heartburn by promoting the production of stomach acid and improving digestion.
Antioxidant Properties: ACV contains antioxidants like acetic acid, which can help combat oxidative stress and reduce cellular damage caused by free radicals.
Antimicrobial Properties: ACV has antimicrobial properties and has been traditionally used as a natural disinfectant. It may help kill harmful bacteria and pathogens when applied topically or ingested in small amounts.
Skin Health: ACV can be diluted and applied topically to the skin to help treat conditions like acne, eczema, and fungal infections. Its antibacterial properties may help combat skin issues.
Hair Health: Some people use diluted ACV as a hair rinse to improve hair shine, remove residue, and balance the scalp's pH levels
Tips on how to take ACV-
Dilute it with water and use a straw so it doesn’t affect your teeth enamel
Make sure you buy it “With the Mother”
Use it in your salad dressings to garner the benefit without drinking it alone
Don’t take ACV gummies. They aren’t as effective and most of the time have unnecessary fillers in them.
