5 ways to help your hormones in the morning

Hi friends! Happy Thursday :)

The soul becomes dyed with the color of its thoughts.
This quote emphasizes the importance of a mindset shift that many of us, myself included, need to actively work towards. Life is never perfect; it presents us with a continuous stream of obstacles and challenges. However, how we perceive and respond to these situations largely determines our well-being. Often, we find ourselves dwelling on the negatives while barely acknowledging the positives.
One pivotal shift in my mindset was eliminating the toxic habit of comparison. Truly, comparison is the thief of joy. Constantly wanting what others have can be a significant obstacle to genuine happiness. We may think the grass is greener on the other side, but in reality, it rarely is.
All in all, this quote encapsulates the idea that our thoughts shape our reality. To live a happier and more fulfilling life, we must maintain thoughts that are positive, appreciative, and free from the burden of constant comparison.
